Lower Loudoun is holding a training class for both new and returning umpires on March 22nd from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Community Lutheran Church (next to the Cascades library). Dave Wellington will be on hand to cover 2017 rule changes, as well as train anyone interested in learning how to umpire.
